I truly cannot think of anything that you could have done - my experience was always a Total Wow!
I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Odland in March of 2025. From Registration to lab and prep, Everyone was wonderful. I was very anxious, and they were so kind and efficient. I was concerned about anesthesia, having a joint block, etc. The anesthetist was Bryan S. Boyer, CRNA. He talked to me in pre-op. Not just the quick, "open your mouth" airway check - but explained everything! I felt better about the procedure after that! OR set up - everyone was so kind. Also in the PACU. The nurses and doctors were outstanding!
My care on the floor was great! Nurses were caring, efficient, and had the personal touch that let me feel that I wasn't just a room number they were assigned to for a shift. Your hospital is small, but it is well-run, clean, friendly, and filled with capable and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the excellent care!
