Iowa Specialty Hospitals has an AWESOME joint replacement program! The staff was warm, welcoming, and informative from the beginning to my discharge after surgery. I never had a question that didn’t receive a prompt/timely answer. The pre-surgery PT classes were very informative. I was able to absorb what Marina, my physical therapist, was saying & demonstrating prior to my surgery. All the staff, from our early 5:00am check-in to Kim, my surgical nurse, who wheeled me to my car, were EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you, Iowa Specialty Hospital, for making us feel important.
